What is a supplemental schedule award?

Return to FAQs

Transcript:

A supplemental schedule award is a second payment for impairment where you’ve already been paid on that body part once. For instance, if you had a knee injury, and for instance, you had a meniscal tear and you get paid five percent for that meniscal tear, and then later on that knee gets worse and now you have a knee replacement, you could request supplemental schedule award for the higher impairment that that knee now has.
